Hert’s 1 to 3

September 13th, 2010 by

Pittsburgh's No. 2 most wanted graffiti artist was sentenced to one to three years in prison on Tuesday after causing tens of thousands of dollars in damage.

So I was talkin' with Utah the other day and wondered wtf happened with Hert. Sure enough they threw the book at him in Pittsburgh. Like she said though, at least his mugshot is mad hardcore, black eye and all.

I really don't understand jail time for many non-violent crimes. It's a waste of the guilty party's time and a waste of the state's money. Jail never actually 'reforms' anyone. I only met him once but I could tell immediately that sitting around in a cell really won't do him or society any good.
