Dead Power Plant

This place is nice. Period. Nice and huge. It reminds me a lot of Tutor City, that power plant that was in manhattan and just pit the dust after being shut down for maybe 2 months befpore demo began.
This building... it isn't pending demo, least not so far as I know. And it has sat rotting a lot longer than 2 months. Maybe that speaks a bit about differences in real estate between NYC and this city, I don't know... whatever the case, hopefully this thing will last awhile.
