A few years back I recall going on a mission with ACF and Sleazy. We climbed a wall to get into this place only to find that A) it sucked and B) it was still somewhat active. A bunch of chumps arrived as we were there. We easily hid and left once opprutunity showed itself...

Ever since then I've been driving by this shell of a former warehouse practically every week. Then this last weekend on the way back from 'that stupid trendy neighborhood' I had to pull over in awe of the fact that they were finally scrapping this shithole... and access of course was filthy easy now... so in we went...

As you can see, there's not much to see...

But just think, if the developers get their way, high price apartments will be here soon enough.

Hope all those people that buy into the place enjoy the fact that their neighbor is the local drug rehab...
