Now surrounded by high rises, this quaint and stylish apartment building will soon be history. Thanks real estate developers, for destroying a true classic. Thanks, LPC, for not landmarking shit outside of Manhattan. Oh, and thanks Bloomturd, you fucking asshole, for driving a rezoning wrecking ball through entire neighborhoods.
