This is one of the more disgustingly filthy
places around town. Perhaps a half dozen 'homeless' resdients call
this place home - and apparently they don't much care for taking out
the trash.
Curiously, this location is listed as being owned by Amtrak, though
the NYC Parks Dept has their sign on the front of it. What gives?
The Central has not been in business since 1976...

The Filth: Floors coated with crap, rusted equipment covered with
rotting clothing, stairs that are inpassable due to the trash on
them...
