You may recognize parts of this warehouse from the Green & Red stairs series. While it is still empty and devoid of life, it has been undergoing a complete cleaning out and rehab. All of the non-structural walls on the top floor, for example, are now gone. Floors that were previously locked up tight are now accessible, revealing evidence of former industrial residents, such a s a bedding manufacture, and a warehouse for some very strange 'asian beauty products'.

This building is simply ancient. At least 75 years old, if not 100 or more. Hopefully it will have a new lease on life and become hipster housing. If not, I suppose we can say goodbye to one more great old industrial building.
