Columbia U Tunnels.

The tunnels under Columbia University are laid out much like those of Hospital Steam Tunnel - winding and warped, old and not maintained regularly. The differences though are plentiful. Asbestos doesn't freely blow around in the stale air here. Indeed, the air is surprisingly clean and devoid of odor in this one section of tunnel. Graffiti though is in abundance. 'Beniot' being the most prolific tagger down here. Benoit, reported an alias based on the WWE wrestler by the same name, has scrawled his name and email address throughout the tunnels, even going so far as to leave a personal ad on one wall. I can only wonder if he ever ran for student government president much like 'CLUE', another college tagger/explorer who was active throughout the 1990s across town at Marymount Manhattan College.
