Indeed. 20 years ago this was a really easy spot to get in – today it is one of the hardest. There are other tags from out of towners in other parts of this tunnel. When it was easy, the locals (including me) mostly didn’t think it was worth bothering with.

My dad has a picture in front of the smiths dungeon tag, he showed me in a photo album a few years ago.
