Fish Market trash

Programming Note
We went on hiatus for a minute there because spammers literally bombed the google algorithms that help curate the content of this newsletter with boatloads of trash URLs. Definitely didn’t see that coming.

So instead of a newsletter, I hope y’all got to check out my Fulton Fish Market write up. it felt good to write about just one spot again, so I’m aiming to dial back the frequency of this newsletter a little and refocus a little on those location specific write ups that this site is known for. I foresee this newsletter going out like twice a month going forward tho…

‘Bando News and Messy Views
As per the Hudson Valley Ruins instagram, the old concrete silo ruins up along route 9W have been torn down to make way for some new park? What an absolute waste. That place was dope. Also upstate, the old Bennett School is finally being torn down. That’s a one two punch right there for exploring north of the city.

The presumed next mayor of NYC was once arrested for Criminal Trespass and I’d love to know the details but am too busy to look that shit up right now. Anyone know?

UK Explorers apparently blocked traffic and pretended to be workers in order to access an old air raid shelter and I heard some cats did the same shit recently somewhere else but then again nah I saying shit yo. It’s a good hustle. Get in however you can.

Also UK explorers get press for literally anything at all. I’m always amazed at this.

Portland (Oregon) is looking at new laws to fuck over ‘bando property owners. This after a decent sized corner bando burned up there last week.

A dead guy was found in a ‘bando in Jackson, MS and they imply this guy was a junkie but seriously why leak that shit unless you’re just a copaganda generating bot who babbles out fake crime pabulum all day.

A new report out of Chicago suggests some city officials should be fired for their role in a poorly planned implosion that covered a nearby neighborhood in toxic dust.

Kansas City has an affordable housing problem due to some many small apartment buildings being abandoned and or demolished.

That New Tunnel Smell
Elon Musk’s expansion of tunnels under Las Vegas has been rubber-stamped by city officials who are extremely busying sucking that billionaire cock but WAOH NOW this is a family newsletter I tell you!

Wrap Up
If you’re in NYC next weekend and not going to Bike Kill you’re doing it wrong.

Comments

NOTE: It sometimes takes a short while for comments to be approved - unfortunately there's a lot of spam comments that come in. I absolutely love when y'all share personal stories of friends relatives etc who worked in these places. It really helps capture what these places were like before they closed up shop.

If you're feeling salty, argumentative comments completely devoid of facts (supply links to support your argument) will not be published. Got a case to state? come with the details.
